I use a CRM that my clients will have access to, and set appoints by getting access to their Google Calendar.  

Planning

We will discuss your company and your lead list.  We will go over who you are trying to reach out to to do business with.  Also discuss if you have a script in place or if that would need to be created.  What is your goal? How many appointments are you planning to get per week?

Strategy

I will use a CRM program to keep track of your lead list to stay organised and send emails, which you will have access to.  I do cold calls and use a script that we can agree on. I follow up with the promising leads and send emails with your company information, and communicate with you on the follow up calls, and cc you on all emails sent. 

Results

Using the CRM we will see major result on who are promising based on notes and eventually get an appointment with them that will be set in your Google calendar.  You will see results in the CRM.  We are looking at approximately 5 to 10+ appointments set per week.  I make sure to send a confirmation email to the hot leads.
